Stuart has been navigating the country’s canals for over 30 years and it was always his dream to eventually build his own boat.  In 2020 he finally bought a shell and set about having it fitted out, designing and brush painting the boat himself.  Once completed his boat was much admired, especially for the top class finish on his paintwork and a year later he had painted 22 other boats for customers, hired 2 full time staff and so with a growing reputation for quality and professionalism D J Marine was born and a dream came true.
